In the past, in order to evaluate wear by frictional energy that can correlate with the actual rubber products, it was necessary to obtain and evaluate the frictional energy from the results of the slip ratio control tester under multiple conditions.
This equipment has succeeded in reproducing the conditions of the actual rubber products with higher accuracy by directly controlling the frictional force.

• It can perform friction force regulation tests which were not available with conventional abrasion testers.
• To calculate accurate sample speed, it measures diameter of the sample in real time that is being worn during a test.
• Control of abrasive wheel temperature without using a slip ring. (RT＋10℃ to 80℃ as standard).

• High repeatability of test conditions with Safety Walk used as abrasive.
• Fully automatic tests of 56 test pieces (samples of 50-mm diameter).
• Two brushes clean the surface of the abrasive wheel to keep the conditions constant.
